“The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. ”

“I wish I could write a postive review about this stay . However I just cannot at this time . We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . While that was sweet of her I explained that we actually needed the extra space for our party and the view wasn’t that important . She went silent and gave……

“We had booked a room with two double beds. When we got to our room it was a king bed in a suite. We went back to the front desk and they said they had to switch our room as they had no rooms available with two beds. The suite which was quite large had a full kitchen. Unfortunately it was not equipped with even a spoon or any cups to use with the coffee maker. While it was a sprite every cupboard and drawer was completely empty and dusty. It was also not restocked with coffee for our following……
