“Check in was very easy and they had a shuttle that was able to drop off and pickup from the pistons game we were in town for. It was extremely convenient and the room was clean and had everything we needed. ”

“The entire house was slanted, making it difficult to walk up the stairs, which were already fairly steep. One friend left with unspecified bug bites on her leg, several of us had reddish and brown stains on our mattresses, and one persons was flipped over to hide said stains. Floor came up a bit in the kitchen on our first night there and a friend got a scratch on her foot from it. Trash was also not taken out when we arrived. Decorations were nice, and towels, sheets and dishes were included,……

“Beautiful property! The young lady at the front desk thoroughly explained all the amenities available to us and upgraded our room! Room ended up being a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, two large screen TVs, comfy couch in living room. bed was very comfortable. everything was top-notch!”

“I have never stayed in such a bad five-star hotel. I searched for five-star hotels in Detroit on Google Maps and found only this one, so I booked this hotel. However, after checking in, I found that this hotel is not worthy of its reputation at all!”

“Hotel was amazing! loved the aesthetic and the staff was amazing all the way around. The cheine (wrong spelling) was not great menu needs to be better but the candy apple cocktail bar was amazing loved it!”

“The room was spotless, everything was in good condition. Rooming and comfortable. The wall of window and view was exceptional. The windows could have been cleaner but there was a blizzard going on during our stay. So hopefully that was the only reason for that. Location was perfect to enjoy the city. Parking was across the street in a parking garage with in/out availability. The communication was also great. We will definitely return the next time we are traveling to the city.”
