“Lovely hotel in beautiful downtown Boise, staff were very nice and helpful, our room was clean. Parking was a little hectic since the hotel is attached to a public parking garage.”

“It felt like I was on a retreat. The veranda, fireplace and large room with loungers felt so relaxing 😎 The free bike rentals allowed me to gallivant all over town and the friendly staff with free water and snacks feuled me every day 💪”

We was in town for a Scentsy convention and they let us keep our luggage behind the desk during our last session before we flew out. I was very surprised how big our room was… and it had a dishwasher!? 10000/10 rating for me, I am very spoiled now that I’ve stayed here.”

“Lacey checked us in and was just delightful. The room was clean and property was well maintained. The hotel was within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants. Very nice hotel.”

“When we got to our room with three younger children, the door deadbolt was stuck. The people on staff worked very hard on it and it was no fault of theirs. However, we waited for over an hour before they got it fixed…meaning we didn’t get our children to bed until 10pm. At no point did anyone offer a different room while we all stood in the hallway with bags. I asked about a different room and no one really responded. Then, the TV wasn’t working (not a big deal, just added to things) and……

“Super family friendly without sparing design and aesthetic. Love the option of a studio with two kings and a pullout full. The price is totally reasonable and the location made everything walkable.”

“The hotel was a place to stay and an experience. The staff was friendly. I did not plan my stay there because I was on anniversary but rather was in Boise area for work. I had my other hotel (Hyatt Meridian) cancel me at the last minute and needed place to stay before my flight the next morning. Nice they bring you breakfast to your room. The shower and TV worked great. The space is a theme hotel so I got the Red Canyon and is has a camping kind of vibe. It does need some attention in cleaning……
