Batavia Residences

The hotel was telling everyone that they couldn't check in until 3pm. we needed to get to a wedding starting at 3pm. They did find a room for us before 2:30. The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff were very nice.

Such a comfortable stay! We had an event at Pheasant Run and didn't want to stay on site. The beds at the Hampton were SO comfortable! The staff were all very friendly and really seemed to enjoy being there. The breakfast was fabulous for a hotel breakfast. Such a variety- and so much more than toast and cereal. Loved the hot breakfast variety that changed each morning of our stay! My only suggestion is to add another waffle station to make sure that everyone who wants a waffle has time to make...

This is our favorite hotel in st charles! We stay MULTIPLE times every year! The staff is so wonderful. We love Eileen! :) Rooms are always clean and cozy! Wahlburgers is short drive - perfection!

Beautiful spacious room and friendly staff. Great breakfast options hot/ cold. Celebrated my husband’s 65th birthday.

Great I appreciate the hospitality of the place

We stayed 4 nights for a funeral and it was very comfortable The room was spacious and service good. The breakfast was good as well. The indoor pool was great except for some debris at the bottom

This is what a motel is supposed to be. Lots of parking. Big, clean rooms with lots of work space. Hot showers with lots of water pressure. Easy check-in and check-out. Lots of restaurants nearby. I’ve been trying several hotels in the area and this one is the best so far, especially for the price and location.

Really nice hotel with friendly and courteous staff

Everything

Perfect location friendly staff close to everything i needed safe area everything functional priced right ,I’ll be back next time im in town.

Has an issue with bedding and they did their best to right size the issue

Very good customer service. Clean and efficient

Parking area is quiet and separated from the main road, well maintained. Lobby and room very clean. Refrigerator makes clicking noises throughout the night though.

Parking was easy , quiet area, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Country Inn & Suites in Bolingbrook, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a fresh look, with modern decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms and common areas were nice and clean, which added to the overall comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was traveling for work so I did not utilize the amenities but it was nice that they were there. I will definitely be returning next time I am in town for work.
