“The family room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the air conditioner is very dirty. I can see the mould inside. The machine keeps turning on and off frequently. The room inside didn’t have an air conditioner. That means in summertime, you need to open the door to keep it cool. Worst of all, the hotel charged me $4.50 for a tonic water from the room’s fridge that I didn't drink! I didn't take any food or drinks from the minibar. It's very unacceptable and disappointing.
