"I had originally requested a King room, but when I arrived and got to my room, it was to Queens instead. I went back downstairs and she told me that because I booked on Expedia that the King room wasn’t guaranteed and they would just give me whatever room is available. She also never explained that I needed a key to put on the wall when you first walk in the room to turn on all the electricity. She was not helpful and seem to not enjoy her job. "Room carpet was very dirty and sticky, bed was very old, I would definitely not stay there again."

"Perfect location for all beaches, downtown, and Coronado island. Close to restaurants. Great to wake up to the water views. We were on the bay side but it was beautiful to see the navy ships go by and the downtown city lights. Would stay here again Pools and hot tubs were open late and the fire place outside was charming"

"We had an issue with the shower not draining and it was not repaired during our stay, nor did we receive a discount for our inconvenience. The evening staff were very nice - the morning staff did not ensure the repair was made, and questioned me when I told him it wasn’t… The pier in OB is closed and should not be advertised as a selling point for the hotel any longer."
