“Tenía reservadas 2 noches en una habitación, llegué a las 23h de la noche y me dijo que como ponía que mi reserva era de 14h a 18h, mi habitación se la había venido a otra persona. La hora de llegada se puso automática al hacer la reserva a través de Hoteles.com, yo no lo elegí. Le mostré en mi teléfono móvil la reserva al encargado y de muy malas maneras me dijo que eso no era verdad, que a él en el ordenador no le aparecía ninguna reserva. "Es un hotel clasico, con espacios amplios, excelente ubicación en el centro de Tunez, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El personal de recepción fue siempre muy amable. Lo que desconcierta un poco es el escáner de seguridad a la entrada, por donde hay que pasar cada vez que uno vuelve al hotel. El servicio de limpieza de habitación fue deficiente, se les olvido limpiar un par de dias y la reposición de papel higiénico fue pobre. "
