“Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.”

“We went for a 10 year anniversary and nothing was done special to welcome us, even after my husband tried to reach out to the concierge 3 times (over a 2 week span). Instead we were put in a king room that was one of the only ones without a balcony. When we asked for a room with a balcony we were put in a double queen bedroom across from a ballroom where they started making noise at 7:15am. We ended up having to go off the resort most of the time because spa reservations were booked a month out……
