Unsafe, insecure and lacking
"Spiders everywhere. No amenities or essentials (tea, coffee, showergel). Transparent curtains, no privacy. Code system to access apartment, but the whole building uses the same system and there is no double lock on the apartment door. We felt very unsafe and insecure."

Very quaint family run hotel. Beautiful garden area, nice rooms with what you need. All the staff we encountered were so nice, welcoming and helpful. They be also spoke excellent English. There was an elevator to use to take your luggage but stairs. You do have to walk up several steps from the road to get yo hotel so if walking steps is an issue Bellagio is probably not for you because it’s stairs everywhere. We feel we may have gotten a little more exercise this way. Such a beautiful area. I would highly recommend staying here it’s close to everything and supports a family verses a big hotel. The breakfast is pretty good as well and is included in the room, We loved our stay here in fact we stayed 9 nights.

Great value, beautiful views/amenities, amazing staff. I never write reviews but felt inclined to share my positive experience at this hotel. We researched several hotels ranging from $300-1000/night in different villages in Lake Como. This hotel was perfect. Great location, breakfast is perfect, pool and view is beautiful. The staff was so accommodating and upgraded our room for free. The bartenders, especially Alessandro, was incredible. We told him we liked Amaro and he invented a DELICIOUS drink just for us (we named it the Amaro-ssandro - highly recommend you request it during your stay :) ). We will be recommending this hotel to friends
