Hotel staff was amazing. Nice, quiet, large room with a great view of Lake Como. Well appointed room with a good shower! Wonderful breakfast! Far above most in Italy. Close to the ferry and the old city. Good restaurants around.

Very happy about my stay at Como Hotel. I was not sure looking at it on the internet and I cannot say any negative comment about the hotel, room and especially the staff. I even got a little breakfast bag on my way out because I was going to take an early train. Will definitely go back again!

Hotel was ok overlooking Lake Como. Issued only one key per room which had to be kept in a slot in our room in order to turn electricity on....kinda weird. When I asked for a 2nd key, I was told there would be an extra charge for that. Hotel parking was difficult to find and when we did find a space we had to keep putting money into a machine to pay for parking.

Reception welcoming with refreshment. Had booked 2 rooms, twin and single.
Shower in single too small (rm 111) but manager promptly and kindly placed annex single at disposal. The lake view was breathtaking. A room staff member Margareta quickly made up the twin room with separate beds. Quiet and peaceful, large room with balcony on front of hotel. Little train goes to town centre (characterful). Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and staff attentive. Breakfast was lovely looking again at the Lake. Regret not staying longer, and did not use what looked like a great spa and facilities. Would stay here again.

Stayed in the C rooms B & B in order to travel to Monza for F1, found Hotel Reception hard to locate (even with Sat-Nav) However after checking in we were driven to the B & B ( we followed one of the Receptionist's in his car), and shown around the Villa, which is as good as it looks on the Pictures. We were given unlimited fresh fruit and soft drinks during our stay as there is a Kitchen/Dining area that was always well stocked as well as complimentary free Drinks in the fridge in our Room.
Breakfast was Continental style and placed on your numbered table every morning, baked in the hotels own bakery it was delicious. Attended Hotels restaurant 2 nights, both times food was delicious, given complimentary starters and unlimited fresh bread, very reasonable in price, 61 euros got us 2 three course meals and a bottle of wine. On our last night we went to a local Restaurant recommended to us by Reception which was delicious. however if you are looking to stay in a village with any form of Evening entertainment then the location would probably not suit as there was very little availability, if however you are looking for a peaceful stress free retreat then this place is perfect.
