"This cottage was absolutely charming. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay and art retreat at a nearby farm. . The grounds were beautifully groomed and the cows even walkover to greet us. The owners nearby were very hospitable and friendly. "

"The location is awesome. Raystown Lake was great. Property owner was nice and responsive to our needs and questions. A few things could be improved with comminication. House number was incorrect and we needed to contact owner to find it. Communicated fire pit was not usable only after booking and we had to lug our own. Listing says AC but we could not figure out how to work it and couldn't ask in the middle of the night, so it was uncomfortably hot. Windows didn't open easily either. Property...

"I was visiting the area to work for the EBT railroad and wanted more than just a hotel. The cottage was clean and quiet as promised. It is well stocked with what I needed to be able to cook some nice meals after a hard day's work. While it doesn't have WiFi, there is a good enough connection that a cellular phone hot spot will work. This is my preferred stay in the Orbisonia area."

"Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. "

"Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day."

"Was truly idyllic experience staying here. The owners really had many special touches that made the stay a perfect VRBO (hotel like furnishings, GOOD toilet paper stocked, great dishes, cooking utensils, everything was very well done and everything worked perfectly). We had a small family gathering and people raved at how close it was to Penn State. thank you for a perfect stay!"

"This cottage was great for my large family (4 adults & 6 children). We loved that it was so close to a cove. If we were not down at the water we were out on the covered deck playing games or relaxing outside. This place is wonderful!! We will definitely be returning!"

"Had a great stay! House was exactly as advertised. Location is great to so many things. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Host was amazing. Very easy to stay in contact. Highly recommend. Would stay again."

"The property was well kept and clean. Management was very helpful. Unfortunately the cabin was smaller than we anticipated. Temperatures of 90 made it very hot inside. Larger cabins are available but not at that time."
