Superb staff, Emanuel at front desk went above and beyond printing out maps and providing suggestions for day trips. Hotel and rooms are very dated and lack a cohesive look. I loved this hotel. Stairs are not my friend and even though there is no elevator they had a ground floor apt for me. The people are lovely. I would stay here again. It’s an historic building and area thoughtfully cared for which speaks to my heart.
