The floor was so dirty the bottom of my shoes are cleaner. Better than last stay but now they’ve added a new barrier which is the virtual assistant. The janitor had to come out and help me because the submit button didn’t work. I get it that there’s a push toward ai and automation but if you lose the humanity, why would I ever travel.
