“We loved our stay minus the fact that we felt like our room was warm at night despite the a/C being set at 65. It wasn’t able to be lowered any further and our room temp never got below 69. We both like a cool room. Other than the that, it was a great stay!”

“The hotel was clean, quiet, and located within a quick easy drive of the Crystal Bridges Museum! Just a note - the property does not have an indoor pool but all in all a very nice place to stay while in Bentonville.”

“The shower flooded onto the bathroom floor and even seeped into the bedroom. This was a handicap room and it appeared there was not proper drainage for all the water. No lip keeping the water in the shower. In fact they had one that flowed out onto the floor. Dangerous”

“Love the water filter in the sink Mid sized fridge, with plates and utensils good for eating in the room. Have microwave as well. If needed, can borrow cutlery and chopping board. Breakfast selections is good Happy hour on Monday to Thursday evening, with free alcohol and snacks ”

“When we arrived all the King rooms were blocked off due to an ant infestation. Our room was not credited back. We had booked 3 rooms since we had adult children traveling with us. We had to bunk with them! The stay ended up being fine, but we were very disappointed that they wouldn’t credit the king room back to Us.”
