“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. “This was a very nice property. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The property was very fun and decorated in a resort-like fashion. We had a room with a view to the pool and the mountains. Palm trees were everywhere so it felt like a resort. They had a disco party in the evening and an in-house restaurant. I received text updates inviting me to the party which I thought was a nice touch. The property is very well located as well and was a good value.”
