“Everything is perfect ”

“The staff was on point. Food at the restaurant was good. It was a nice stay after a long travel day, thank you! ”

“From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. ”

“The room was comfortable for our short stay but the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There were beard trimmings around the sink and debris in the corner. Also there were signs that a mat had once been used inside of the tub that left a visible stain around it. ”

“The hotel has a very cozy vibe which was perfect for the cold winter weather in Schenectady. They have these amazing walnut chocolate chip cookies at the front desk which are complimentary so don’t forget to ask for one. We did go to the bar for a night cap and Adam was amazing with conversation and comfort. The food was not good but the drinks helped that. ”
