“Bed and pillows were comfy. Water for shower was nice and hot. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated the freezer in the fridge to freeze the ice packs for our cooler. Appreciated easy loading of luggage with parking in front. Great price. Bedroom area was nice. Everything was clean. A few things but considering the price……we worked with it. Bathroom needed some work with peeling paint and challenging to get the water to……

“The attendant didn't know what a late checkout was or even if the management allowed them. I was told I would have to talk to management in the morning about a late checkout defeating the whole purpose of having a late checkout. Not to mention, the night attendant was very rude.”

“The USB charger ports in the room didn't work, it was obvious that one of them was damaged. I ended up having to charge some items in my truck. The A/C system was noisy enough to wake you up when it came on in the night. The toilet seat was loose, and about ready to cause you to fall off. I fixed that! The cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The tub was very slick, especially if you used their 3-in-one shower product. The tub had the safety handle removed, and called off……
