“It's almost impossible to get a good night's sleep at this hotel because of the constant traffic noise. I've stayed here many times over the years, but unfortunately this may be my last visit. During my previous stay, I was allocated a room on the second floor. I asked if I could move to the lower ground floor, where the traffic noise is noticeably reduced, but unfortunately no rooms were available. Well before this visit, I sent several messages requesting a lower ground floor room but……

“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”

It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back……
