“The hotel is located right next to Tower Hill, I have no complain on the location at all. I booked an executive suite with kitchen, the room was big and comfortable, we had 2 adults and 2 kids, the sofa bed was opened for us by the time we arrived. The hotel was equipped with excellent equipments like a sink, washing machine and dish washing machine, however I don’t think the hotel was thinking from a traveller perspective. We used the washing machine and needed to dry our clothes, but the……

“Laundry room good……………………………………………..”

“I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails……

“We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there……

“Rommservice staff at midnight was extremley rude”

“Water pressure is not good. Location is good.”

“Easy access. Good view. Clean and comfy.”
