Was told I needed to pay for parking at reception on arrival, when I mentioned to manager(?) that evening that it showed that parking was free both on Expedia and their official website he said it was a new charge that they obviously hadn't updated online, but was given no choice but to pay or leave (hotel is on a main road near no other options!)"

"We use this hotel as it is central to theatre land and lots of great restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was our complimentary mini bar had not been restocked after the previous occupancy. This was soon rectified following a call to reception. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold choices."
