"Great location for quick access to/from the airport, easy walk. Very good restaurant across from hotel. The beds are very comfortable but we stayed twice and found one roomnice and quirt but the frontvside room had loud noises from the plumbing and A/C"

"Staff are very nice and professional. They were pleasant to deal with. The free shuttle was free convenient and readily available. The room seemed clean and the bedding was fresh. The downsides, the heater/ac was not working. The I was checking in, the police were there on a call. As I approached my room I was checking into, the police were there in front of my door. Apparently, the room across from me had the door open and more cops inside the room. I could hear a woman crying and the cops asking questions. I just quickly bolted into my room. Overall, for the price I was good with it. The WiFi was only free if you registered for there rewards program and the “free breakfast” was just bread/toast, yogurt, 2 types of cereal, coffee or juice, and oranges. It was enough to keep the morning hunger pangs away but hardly what I call breakfast."

"The hotel itself is great. Friendly staff. Clean, big rooms. The area it’s in is shady and nothing is walking distance."

"The room was clean and very spacious, the toiletries provided were great, and it was quiet. There's a fridge as well as a safe in the room. I only stayed one night and checked out early in the morning, so I can't comment on how the housekeeping is. There's a bar and an Indian restaurant on the first floor, if you want dining options in the hotel. It's also easy to have food delivered since delivery drivers can come into the lobby to drop it off. Also, if you're staying here after flying into SeaTac, there's a shuttle to the hotel provided for free. One drawback is that there are not blackout curtains, only sheer ones. This was a bit of a problem because the lights in the parking lot could be seen in the room at night. It wasn't a problem for me because I always sleep with the TV on anyway, so it's never completely dark, but I wanted to mention that because it might be an issue for some."

"Staying at the Hilton was a great experience, and I would gladly return! Pluses: my immaculately-clean room gave out onto a private patio. The bed was comfy; the towels in ample supply; the WiFi worked perfectly. Bonus: the hotel's restaurant is very good, with attentive staff. Minus: My experience at check-in was mixed. I HUGELY appreciated being given a room 3 hours before the normal check-in time. (I had called the day before to request it.) I appreciated the two bottles of water. However, the man who checked me in did not communicate in a way that I could understand. (1) While about to pay, he stated that $50 was being added to the amount -- and so I thought that it was *additional to* the amount I was seeing on the pinpad. However, the $50 was *included* in the amount. He should have said, "The amount you're seeing INCLUDES our $50 amenities deposit." (2) The above was a minor annoyance compared to the next miscommunication. He said to go to the next building, and then turn left down the hall. HE DID NOT SHOW ME THE MAP HE HAD SHOWN THE PREVIOUS PERSON CHECKING IN. So I followed his instructions, and was flummoxed to find myself in a large area with conference rooms on both sides. No sign leading to my room ("2113") was visible. So I walked back the way I came. Fortunately, a hotel driver stepped in: my room was BEYOND the Conference Room area! The tiny sign at the end of the conf. room area was not visible from the entrance. Why the incomplete instructions?"
