“I have stayed in Baymont hotels many times and this one was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was not good, very poor and limited selections of food. The white and wheat bread was poor quality-no raisin bread or bagels or English muffins. The eggs and biscuits were awful. The coffee was not hot from the dispenser. There were no coffee makers in the room which I really like to have. I stayed there 3 days, and although I expected no change of bed linens, I did expect the bed to be made daily……

“Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff. We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“We stayed one night and had a very enjoyable evening. The room was clean and the hotel staff was personable and accommodating. I found out this hotel opened December 2025. It is set back / down a side street from the main road which made it somewhat challenging to find as the address on the website was connected to a different Holiday Inn approximately 1 mile away. The staff at that Holiday Inn provided me with the correct address. Not sure who is responsible for correcting the website but they……

“There was a full refrigerator, microwave, & dishes in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was extremely clean and nicely appointed.”
