“Very clean, easy parking, perfect for a solo traveler”

“This unit is a basement of an house in a residential area of a suburb of Salt Lake City that was converted to a studio. It has nice funiture and is very clean. Only issues were: no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (a first for us staying at a short term rental) and the host did not offer to provide us some when we inquired about it; the place smelled like pot; and the host took several hours to respond to our inquiry about the soap, whereas we are used to hearing back within the hour at other...

“The location of this property was ideal for our one week stay in Salt Lake City. Restaurants, grocery shopping and quick drive to U of U for doctor's appointments. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Very cute decor. Enjoyed the space and comfort for the three adults who were there. Communication with the owner was quite satisfactory. Would definitely consider staying here again.”

My questions were answered within minutes.The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to cook - a wide array of spices and olive oil.Having the use of a garage was greatly appreciated especially with the snow that came during our stay. We have a minivan and had no issues parking inside.The condo was quiet - which we also appreciated.Close to downtown - restaurants - skiing.”

But it had plenty of room in there with a closet and door to close it off. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a modern feeling and comfortable place to stay. ”

“It was a cool place for two people. The neighborhood was nice. The ad was not clear on parking, you had to park at the end of the last home, next to abandoned vehicles, at a dead end. The thermostat is located in a different unit, so it was freezing cold, especially when taking a bath. upon check- in there was a bombardment of rules and restrictions contract that you had to sign. It was walking on egg shells the whole time, felt uncomfortable, other than that the place is clean, and cute. ”
