“Have stayed at this place over the years. They keep trying to make it better and better which they do and the staff is always very helpful. I don't know if it was just a bad day in the kitchen yesterday for dinner but the food was just okay and extremely salty however, overall our stay was very enjoyable and the staff does everything they can do to make you feel welcomed and comfortable”

“Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful.”

“The staff was very pleasant. The resort does look like it needs some maintenance and upkeep in some areas i.e. paint pealing, water damage. The beach view was great but there was no communication prior to check in of the situation with the beach where it was not recommended to enter due to the large amount of seaweed (sarcasm). Asked due to not being able to enter the water to see if we could leave 1 day earlier and it was denied without paying for the full stay. The air conditioning vents……

“STAYED THERE FOR A WEDDING, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FROM THE VALET TO THE ROOM. STAFF WAS AMAZING. THE BEACH WAS RELAXING. NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THE SEAWEED THIS TIME OF YEAR IT HAPPENS SO I DIDNT EVEN FACTOR THAT INTO MY STAY REVIEW. ALLROUND AMAZING STAY WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK”

“The customer service was awful. There were no keys and you had to call someone to open your room or tell the front desk every time you needed to get in your room. When asked to speak with management and so forth- no one was available. Would not stay at this location ever again. My mother also was there who is a older lady and for her to be inconvenienced, especially from driving 8 hours from home was very frustrating also.”
