"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. A special shoutout to Alina at the front desk, who truly made the experience exceptional. She was incredibly personable, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Her warm attitude and helpfulness set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and we felt genuinely valued as guests. Thanks to the excellent service—especially from Alina—we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would gladly return in the future. "

"When we got there. People were stuck in the elevator. We were told that happened on the other elevator earlier that day. We stayed for two days and only one elevator was working. The stairs the door was locked and the other set of stairs were closed. It was a fire hazard. Then I used the laundry washed my clothes was told they would have more quarters in the morning. They did not. If you’re going to have those amenities you should have quarters. Also wasn’t a very clean and upkept place "

"Rooms are nothing like what they post on the site. Rooms are old, showing their age, dirty. The pool was very dirty I would not even consider swimming. The gentleman on the desk upon my arrival was very rude and condescending , made me feel unwanted as a guest, didn’t even greet me with a hello. Very disappointed all around."

"El staff del hotel muy profesional y agradable, especial agradecimiento a Diana en el frontdesk y a Keyra en el bar de la piscina/playa. Las habitaciones estaban bien limpias, el hotel tiene opciones internas de comida a considerar tomando en cuenta los precios de la zona. Perfectamente bien ubicado y con un espacio para valet parking bien espacioso. Fue buena la estancia en general, volvería si me fuera posible. "
