“The host Marilyn was very responsive before and during my stay. I contacted her within 15 minutes of entering the room to let her know the toilet tissue holder was broken upon arrival. She responded graciously for making her aware and let me know it would be addressed after I checked out. The property was very well maintained and the room was disinfected very well. The bleach smell as a little overpowering, but lightened after a few hours. The room had everything needed for a quiet and relaxing……

“There was little to no communication with our host. There were no welcome notes or check out details. There was no extra toilet paper for a 10 night stay. We were unable to use the TV’s for our entire stay as they were not connected to the internet and we didn’t know how to do that. There was no broom, no cleaning supplies for cleaning kitchen counters…really just not supplied as it should have been. The community itself was nice, neighbours and people we met were very kind.
