"We arrived on a Friday and when we arrived we realized that our door did not lock. I reached out to host and although he responded promptly they were very generic responses and did not provide much information. He said he would keep me in the loop and provide updates but the only updates I received were when I reached back out. We had to lock our things in the car the first day because we did not feel comfortable leaving our valuables in an unlocked room. Saturday rolled around and I had still...
