“Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle. Would definitely return again!”

“Elevator was broken, no shuttle, safe was broken, air didn't work,the bar had creepy people hanging out at it made going in the pool area feel uncomfortable. The lobby bathroom had air fresheners that was so over powering in made me feel sick, hallways smelled if cigarettes. Online it said it was near the beach but it took a 25-30 min Uber ride to get to the beach.”

“We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.”

“Nothing special but serves the purpose for a 1 night stay close to the cruise port. Mold on the inside of our shower curtain, otherwise, satisfactory as far as clean. Lobby could use updating. We did not try breakfast. I would say ok for a quick place to sleep but wouldn’t stay here for a vacation stay.”

“Do not ever stay here or go through Expedia to stay here. There was a terrible storm and all flights were canceled so I couldn't get to FLL. I was very excited as it was a birthday trip and I had been to the resort the year before, this time in hopes of creating a tradition. However, since I could not get there I was looking to get some money back as I know there was a 72 hours rule. When I called the hotel first hung up on me. Then I called again and the manager said they would look into it but……

“Great view room was nice but only downfall was they have benches right at the end of the patio from our where ppl can sit. So if u wanted to stand at the railing of the patio you gotta worry about kicking people in the head or dripping drinks on them”

The amenities were outstanding, and the location was convenient, with restaurants and local attractions just a short drive away. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the exceptional beach service provided by John. His energy, positivity, and dedication to ensuring guests stay comfortable, hydrated, and entertained were truly unmatched. In fact, John’s outstanding service would be a major reason for us to choose the……
