“The home is adorable, clean, and very well maintained. The added arcade room and top deck are a fun addition that we enjoyed. The location is perfect. Quiet. The sounds of birds in the morning and a rooster while overlooking a vineyard, so nice. Easy walkable distance to town, which is so cute with a couple of very good restaurants. The hosts are responsive making check in and everything easy. Can't wait to go back!”

“One regret about booking this property; we didn't stay longer. We use VRBO often and I have high expectations when I book a stay. Everything about this property was 10stars, it is right at the top of the list of our favorite places. The outdoor deck is a perfect place to start out the day with your morning beverage. “The hosts were very welcoming and reached out to offer help if we found we needed anything at all. As it happens, we had no need to ask them for help, since the property was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. This rental is located in close proximity to a beautiful park, with well-kept walking paths, and is also walking distance to the center of the charming town of Sebastopol. We couldn't have asked for a better venue.”

“This is a lovely home surrounded by trees. The deck and porch were a favorite spot to unwind after a day of adventure. We found this to be a wonderful basecamp as we explored the area. It's close to the coast, Occidental, and Sanoma/Napa Valley wineries. We skipped a day trip to San Fransico in favor of a day at Armstrong State Park. Highly recommend going to the park early for a restful walk on well-maintained trails. ”
