"Unfortunately both our room and our son and daughter in law’s rooms were not clean. The bathroom floors had hair on them, underneath the beds were dirty and furniture was stained. The views are amazing and the staff are helpful and friendly but the rooms definitely should be cleaned better."

"We were very disappointed in our room (937) for what we paid for the room. Our tv kept turning off took forever for it to come back on. The room was not clean at all, the mirror in bathroom , the bathtub, the floors. The toilet seat was loose when sitting on it , felt like it was rocking."

"Loved how close everything was, had tons of amenities. The only downside is the rooms didn’t felt a little dirty and outdated"

"Blinds were broken and couldn’t close. Pet friendly place so trim in the room was chopped up. Beds not so comfy. Parking is horrible if restaurant is busy. People going to the restaurant share the parking lot and take up a lot of spots. "

"Overbooked the room we requested since we have kids we needed two beds . Once we got to our room we had to use the pullout sofa that they also failed to provide the bedding for . No WiFi . Didn’t mention the pool was shutdown due to resurfacing which is a long period so it should’ve been noted in the booking . "
