"We were visiting to visit our daughter while she worked the summer for the Forest City Owls and this home was only 15-20 minutes from the stadium and downtown Forest City. The home itself was cute and clean. There was only one shower in the Primary Bedroom so the 5 of us just had to be respectful of times in the shower but it was super clean. The owner was polite and great. We had a small snafu with the 2nd-floor central air but he had somebody over within the hour and the microwave was having...

"The house was just the right size to accommodate 6 adults (2 couples and 2 Singles). We had a nice timenl. Patio/backyard good sizes. Everything is nicely labeled. About 50 mins to Asheville."

"The property overlooks a beautiful lake where we enjoyed seeing the geese, a crane, and even a turkey visit. The house provided great space for us and our dogs. The kids loved the game room. It is a convenient getaway with Shelby just a few minutes away and Gardner-Webb University being about 25 minutes away. Definitely will come back."

"House is very cute. Newly remodeled at least by the looks of it. Very quiet neighborhood. Only thing we could find “wrong” if you want to say it was “wrong” we couldn’t find any baking sheets for the oven. If our daughter wasn’t graduating next month from college and we were visiting again we would stay at this home every time. We are looking to see if this home is available for that weekend."

"Beautiful house in the woods. Only issues were some minor maintenance issues that we reported. Had they been able to be fixed, would have been perfect! Owner did respond quickly and they were things that could be overcome so we enjoyed our stay. Close to the state parks and trails."

"My family & I + 1 fur baby, stayed here over the week of Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for all of us. Fully stocked kitchen and really nice bathrooms. 2 large outdoor decks on the back side of the property for hanging out. The location was exceptional, City Park was right down the street and several restaurants within walking distance. The owners quickly responded to any questions I had. We'll definitely stay here again when we're back in the area."

"I have stayed at this property 3 times over the past 3 years since my daughter was a student at Gardner Webb University. It has always been very relaxing, quiet, and clean. It is a great location to get to Boiling Springs, Charlotte and the mountains. Highly recommend!"

You download an app to pay for laundry. (Currently $3) Still, it was better equipped than most m/hotels I've stayed in.
