“The neighborhood is quite good, have supermarkets and restaurants near by and the train station is really close. The hotel only provided one card for entering, so when you leave the room, all the electricity is out, even though you needed to refrigerator to be on, which the fridge was on extra cost. So all the ice-cream, and milk was not edible nor drinkable.”

“The door was locked and cannot be opened, I’ve asked to change room but refused... Then there is some water leak in the room and the cleanliness was an issue... anyway, would never go again”

“The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.”

Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants. Briefly, I like the cozy hotel, and I will come back when I visit Paris!”

“Quaint hotel in a great location. Loads of restaurants around and a quick walk to the Sacre Couer and Montemartre. Breakfast was yummy and they made eggs as requested and everything else offered was fresh and delicious. Room was clean and beds comfy. Great stay ”

“It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is……

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
