“The old caulk in the bathroom needed to be removed. It was just jelly that could be scraped off with your finger nail. The bathtub filled with water as you shower. The body wash was pulled off the wall. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The traffic noise was very very loud. Fire engines and police. It sounded like a drag race at one point. The staff was very nice and nice amount of parking. The bed was comfortable.”

“Gateway needs to have a points system, or a frequent stay Rewards Program. We stay there quite a bit and do not get credit. Other than that, for being essentially the only hotel in Enumclaw, it is good. Mark”

“We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care……

“Nice clean quiet place for the price. They ask for a $50 cash deposit which I wasn't prepared for because hotel deposits always go on a card unless you don't have a card and it's not listed on Expedia that they only take a cash deposit. When I told them that I didn't have that much cash on me, the guy working the desk called someone and got permission to use my card. They returned the deposit to my card when I left but beware that it is a charge to the credit card and not a hold like most……
