“The 3bedrm/3.5 bathroom unit was perfect for our group of 5 people. Location so convenient to sights and transportation. Walkable to many places. Comfortable, clean and modern. Kitchen very usable and stocked with plates and cutlery. We didnt cook but could have with the pot/pans present. So helpful to have the larger refrigerator and freezer during this past week of extreme heat. AC worked well. Bathrooms had good water temperature and pressure. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and immediately……

“The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms.
Absolutely great in all respects. Be awakes though that there is a quite large security deposit and they also ask for ID on arrival.”

“Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.”
