“The staff were friendly and checkin was easy. However, we were told the pool was open and it was closed. We also booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub, the room had stains on the chairs and carpet. Once I inspected the bed it had hair all Over the sheets and brown stains on the mattress cover. The bathroom curtain smelled like mildew. The jacuzzi tub had a few broken areas and caulk was separating in spots. Also the faucet leaked for both the tub and the sink. The cold water didn’t work……

“The spa was fantastic. The front desk staff were very helpful when they were there but several times no one was present. Also, the restaurant was never open while we were there. Even tried to go for cocktail hour and other people had drinks but the bar was completely unmanned while we were there. We waited about 10 minutes and then left. There was also patio construction going on outside our room. Overall the location and grounds were beautiful and would definitely go back”
