I checked in the hotel on May 30th around 7:30 Pm. When I walked into the hotel, no one was sitting at the front desk. I was waiting for minutes and said Hello a couple of times to see if anybody can show up. Eventually a female employee came over. She was very upset, "We don't have people sitting here; you have to pick up the phone and dial 0 to reach us.... ". She pointed to one of the notes that holding up on the window of front desk, "You need to read this .... ", and then she started to point to the word one by one read loudly for me. There were at least over ten different notes or papers hanging around the window, wall and door, the light in that tiny room is dark (it actually is not a lobby, just an entrance). How many guests could easily figure it out the right note for dial 0 for check in??? She was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have ever had such experience on the hotels check in, no matter is 4-5 star or 2 stars.
