"The hotel staff has been extremely helpful with extending my stay. There were no unanswered questions when deciding to extend my stay I wasn’t made to checkout and wait until after 3 pm, rather I was able to just move into another room right then making it so much more convenient. Thank you for also insuring that the outdoor hot tub was clean and at a comfortable temperature! It made the holiday feel special even while being away on business! "
