"This hotel was great for a short stay, but the pet fee was very high! All in all I was glad I could bring the dog to such a nice place. And they had EV charging! Slow, but enough for an overnight fill up!"

"This was my third time staying at this property and as always the staff was amazing! The property was clean and well kept. The gym and pool area were easily accessible and kept stocked with supplies. The only downside to this property is the availability of parking. If you come in later in the day the lot fills up quickly. "

"Lovely “old” hotel, used to be a men’s clothing store, but it has been remodelled into an exceptional place to stay in downtown Pittsfield. Our room was huge, clean, comfy beds, nice sitting area, desk area, coffee/tea area, and shelves of books! The bathroom was huge, clean, and well-supplied. There was a mini bar but we didn’t use it. Private parking in rear with direct access to hotel lobby. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Great place to stay!"
