“We enjoyed our stay at Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa. On the first day, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff we met were all pleasant and very helpful. The spa facilities were good, with the pool, sauna and steam room adding to the enjoyment, though the lockers could use attention. The second day was less relaxing, as a large event caused corridor noise late into the evening. Our pool visit was also disappointing due to disruptive behaviour from leisure members, which the staff……
