“Room was clean a bit of mold in the shower. But overall clean very large.”

“Very friendly staff and location was convenient. We stayed over 4th of July and the staff allowed us to use their lawn chairs and reserved space for us to watch the Hollister firework show directly behind the inn. Our seats were perfect to watch the fireworks that evening and we had an enjoyable stay. We will be back again”

“Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background.”

“Everything was perfect for a family of four. We had adjoining rooms. Everything was remarkably clean and welcoming. The front desk was helpful when I was asking questions. Plenty of parking!”

“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

“Too many ants in the room”

“We had a room on the top floor and getting up there could definitely be a challenge for some, there is an elevator but only on one side of the building. The top balcony was extremely slanted and made everyone feel dizzy as they walked to and from the room. The room smelled musty and mildew-y when we first opened the door, it was much worse in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool, which looks MUCH nicer online than in person. After we showered and smelled our swimsuits, they all smelled……
