"The lodge is dated and it shows. The staff are nice but were not very responsive. We had several issues with our room that took them days to address. Our room was not cleaned when we got there and smelled of rotting food. We eventually found a bag of trash in the room from the previous guests.It also had a gas leak from the fireplace that they just told us to “air out.” Most of the lodge features like the pool waterfall and fire pits were not turned on for the duration of our stay. I did talk to the hotel staff multiple times about the issues with our room and they did eventually (day 2) take out the trash and clean the room. It was disappointing overall and I would not return. "

"Great place directly across from Giant Steps with a 2 minute walk to the lifts. Plenty of accessories in the kitchen for all your cooking needs. There are a good number of easy steps and stairs getting up to the front door, and a nice stairs off the back porch. Bathroom is a bit small but well maintained. Very nice relaxing spot. "

"We loved our stay! We would definitely pick to stay here again. Plenty of parking. Close to skiing. Beautiful views. Lots of clean, comfortable beds. Big kitchen. Great kitchen supplies. Updated washing machines. Lots of toiletries. This was the perfect stay for our family and friends. "
