“ The hotel is not very clean.”

“Breakfast”

“This is our 2nd stay at the spring hill suites in Kenosha and we have been super satisfied both times! The management and the staff are all wonderful .. attentive .. gracious and willing to go above and beyond for their guests! Hotel is spotless.. breakfast area always clean and filled! This trip we met Mickey at the front desk reception area and she greeted us every day with a smile and a wonderful warm personality! We will definitely be back for another stay!”

“I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in Wisconsin. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. ”

“Everything was great”

“The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast ”

“I had a very comfortable and convenient experience!”

“The breakfast was never available when it was supposed to be. Even though I was always one of the first in line to get the meal the food was often barely warm. I discovered that some employees were rolling out the hot food and leaving it unattended for more than five minutes before placing it in the warmer. The room had some cleanliness issues as well as not properly supplied”
