Stayed two nights March 24th & 25th. Staff was very nice, and complied with requests. This is not a big hotel; a quaint relaxing place. A creek flows behind the facility and I watched a duck in the water. Restaurants galore near this hotel, and WalMart just down the street. I was there to visit my mother in a nearby nursing home / rehabilitation center. Comfort Inn of Avon was less than 5 miles away. Loved their waffle machine. Breakfast is free from 6 am - 9 am during the week, and 7 am - 9 am...

I arrived early and would have had to pay almost half of my hotel rate to check in early so I passed on that (would have been free with their reward program) I liked that they asked for an estimate of arrival , but no problem occurred when I checked in earlier- Sister’s flight was delayed but they once again were able to provide excellent customer service- Nice area to stay as you are approaching airport from a less busy way via Avon- and one of the last Indy Bob Evan’s us just down the street.
