“Thank god I didn't book out 30 days...first night - the a/c was rattling, vibrating, not working (told 'Tom" up front...no resolution-I insisted on different room. Second night...folks- these mattresses are leftovers from marriot- IF you are in touch with your body (exclude most obese americans here) ...you will wake up in PAIN. YOU have been warned!”

“The location was great! Had problems till 11 pm kids screaming and running the halls slamming doors. The room was something out of the 70’s . Shower had a curtain not a liner and flooded the bathroom when you took a shower. Paint was on the furniture and the floor. It just needs a major overhaul.”

“The room was spacious and decorated nicely. Unfortunately, we had to check-out early after the first night and checked in to another hotel for the other two nights of our trip. We did not receive a refund despite explaining to the woman at the desk upon check-in that I am not able to walk upstairs. We were told there was no elevator in the building, and we were put up on the second floor. To make matters worse, we were put in the very last room at the end of the long hallway after repeatedly……
