“Very nice property with helpful and friendly staff. Our room was quite large, comfortable and very quiet”

“Stay was good as a travel through stay. Breakfast was present but simple… was enough but nothing more than current average. What came to mind the most was bedding. Pillows were like small throw pillows in cases. Many people need to keep their heads up instead of falling off the pillows/or flat. TV was difficult to operate. So after 8 hr grueling drive a disappointment. Even getting the weather inadequate. Stormy time of the year to navigate in. Staff were present. Parking was available and……

“The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean but the staff uses really strong smelling cleaning supplies as if they are hiding odors. There were odd smells in the hallways and in our room at times. The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel was okay. We travel a lot and would probably choose another hotel next time we visit the area.”

“The rooms at the Rocky gap Casino are big which are nice. And the bathrooms are large and nice, the toilets are low, however. The general cleanliness of the room was just mediocre, it could use a dusting and a good vacuuming. Great to have the casino on property. The view the outside and the outdoor accommodations are beautiful.”

“The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.”

“There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower that I found when I pulled the curtain for my first shower. There were also bugs in the bathroom. I called ahead and asked for extra caffeinated coffee in my room to make coffee and when I arrived they gave me 4 packets of DEcaffeinated coffee and told me they didn't have any coffee with caffeine. The ice bucket in my room had a big crack along the bottom, so it leaked all over everything and damaged my phone. This place should NOT be……

“Entire property seemed worn and not well maintained. Our bathtub had a large puddle stain, the quiet close toilet seat was difficult to open and would not close on its own. The TV, while a good brand, did not have its original remote so they borrowed a remote from a DVD player. It took a trip to the front desk to get someone to decipher it's use. Carpet throughout the room had a variety of stains and apparent burn marks (in a non-smoking property). The breakfast room was messy, we skipped……

“The shower leaked and because it was a roll in shower it came into the bathroom floor. We had to put towels down to prevent slipping. Definitely a liability. Then we did find dried blood on the wall near the bathroom door. Unfortunately we didn't find that until the day we left or I would have asked for another room. Then the second day when my husband went to get ice, he couldn't get back in the room because the key cards did not work. It was not a very pleasant stay. Price was good, but I……
