The location is very near to the golf course and one of the outdoor pools and only a short (less than 5 minutes) drive to the sports center, spa, indoor pool and courts. (You need daily passes to the sports center).The Woods is a very casual, well-maintained, resort-styled community. And there is plenty of activity.The home is in good shape and - as advertised - it is not……
