“I didn't sleep one wink as the lumpy weird old mattress & pillows were horrendous!!! Never again!”

“carpet was very dirty, tub appeared dirty (caulking was dark and black in spots), large whole in floor in the closet, window was dirty as were curtains.”

“The first room was so hot we couldn’t stand it. No maintenance around. Moved to another room. Smelled like a dogs bed. Lifted up the fitted sheet and it was full of dog or cat hair. The phone didn’t work so had to run down to the receptionist each time to talk to them. They brought new sheets but not the right size and no new mattress pad. Had to walk back to reception desk to ask for right size. Had to just put sheets on bed as they no other mattress pads there. Be hard to go back there again.……

Could tell bathroom shower has not had a good clean in corners in a long time. Tooth paste spatter on mirror. After 2 nights we asked for room to be cleaned. Didn't give us any toilet paper we ran out check out morning.. had to take some from a room that had already been vacated. The complimentary cups we had used in room had……

“Friendly desk staff. She kept the pool open for me an extra half hour.”

“I called the day before our arrival to ask if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in since I was scheduled for a procedure early the next morning I had to prepare for and wanted time to get settled and rest. I was told that an early check-in wouldn’t be possible, which I understood. However, when we arrived just before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, our room hadn’t even been started by housekeeping. There were several staff members at the front desk, but one older gentleman was rude and……

“The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom.”

“The rooms are clean and kitchen stocked with all utensils required to cook. The courtyard is beautiful and the area was very relaxing”
