“The room was not that clean,”

“Nice place, clean, but not much available to guests.”

“Checked in pretty late, we were tired from a long drive but the floors were so dirty we actually had to sweep and clean it ourselves with towels. Our feet were black within minutes. The fridge smelled like fish. Also a shared balcony which I wasn’t aware of. The arcade I wouldn’t bother just took money and couldn’t even play it. So our experience just felt dirty all around.”

“The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom.”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”

“Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were clean. Supplies were lacking. Empty containers of hand wash and body wash. Front desk advised it has been ordered but no refills. Also, rooms and towels only cleaned every three days which we were not aware of so left our used towels on the floor. When we came back to our room at 1:00 am after a long drive from Medora we came back to no supplies for a shower. Staff were very friendly at reception and breakfast.”

“My kids absolutely loved the pool and slides, and the cleanliness of the pool area was a plus. It was very affordable, friendly staff and comfortable room. Nothing fancy, but was a nice stay for the night.”

“when we arrived, it was hard to find where the entrance to the hotel, We are truck drivers and we could not get in contact with anyone at the hotel by phone to even ask. I called at least 10 times to ask if they had parking or where we could park. So we booked anyways, wrong decision. When we got there, my husband did not feel good about parking for scared of possible theft. Since I didn't pay for the protection plan, I lost my $89.”
