“Loved staying here to get away from the ubud and seminyak traffic and experience the eastern part of bali It was the perfect base for our diving trips, as amed and tulamben USAT are so close by. A huge shoutout to Dayu at the front desk, who suggested we join the rice fields activity! Walking through the nearby fields, learning about the subak irrigation system, and trying out actual farming activities was such a wonderful hands on experience. We ended up spending plenty of time hanging out……

“Kura kura divers lodge was a lovely clean friendly place to stay. The staff were so welcoming and warm with only minutes walk to the beach the location was good too. Its a super relaxed place to stay. There is a restaurant on site which is lovely and there are also many warungs and cafes in the area which are all pretty close to the lodge and are rasonably priced and great quality. We could not fault kura kura and will definitely be back.”

“Ames is a quiet place, you sure can have a relaxation trip here. There are not much shops around, if you know how to ride a motorbike is much more convenient to travel around. The food in the hotel is good, you can join the gym at Griya which is free of charge! But you need to solve the transportation since the shuttle bus is not always available. The staff are helpful and friendly. We do enjoy the trip very much.”

“The resort it self is lovely well maintained gardens rooms were nice food was alright however, if you think you can get some sleep here forget about it , we had booked for five nights and left after two , you are right next to a fishing village with the dogs going off all night , first night rosters started at 3am night 2 at 5am as the fishermen go out at 4am for the days fishing so no sleep , there’s a few Warungs around , the cliff top restaurant over the road was pretty good , Amed is very……
