“Property and rooms were poorly maintained and unsafe (locks would not bolt due to being cut off and/or purposely misaligned, multiple other guests wandering the halls appeared to by under the influence, and smoke alarms were disengaged and just laying on top of the furniture.) Arranged for a new room after being placed in a smoking room despite request, but room was in……

“I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility.”
