“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

“They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.”

“The breakfast was too simple. Needed fruit and some kind of protein. The floors in our room were very dirty.”

“Over night stay for a family of four. For the price, you couldn't beat the stay. It was quiet and clean. The room was definitely dated, but again, for the price, it works. Only gripe, if you wanna call it that, was the lack of tv stations, and our tv didn't accept outside media. Would stay here again when we're passing through.”

“Check-in was efficient. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. ”

“The staff was friendly and the room was good sized and clean. What wasn't in the room were things like a hair dryer, coffee maker and there weren't many towels. The staff member did tell me if I needed more towels to bring down the ones I used and she would give me more. Which I did. I can't decide if I actually disliked it or it was just different.”

“Room were nasty. Bathroom was dirty shower and toilet are very dirty. Security gate is broken. Ther was NO security in the Area. People living in cars and vans on the property.Animals running around without leashes or owners.”

“The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!”

“Entered property and lobby was fine. Staff person check us in and was very pleasant. Got to our room and it was awful. Stained sheets and bed comforter, unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Very disturbing and did not sleep as a result. Will never stay at this brand again!”

“The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke……
